Membership Benefits
Lifetime Unit Warranty
As a Guardian Club member, your BioShieldUV system is covered for life. If your unit ever fails, we’ll replace it — no questions asked. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
6-Month Bulb Guarantee
Every bulb you receive is backed for 6 months from the ship date. That means if a bulb fails early, you get a free replacement.
Discounted Bulbs
Pay less than retail for every replacement bulb.
Automatic Shipments
Fresh bulbs arrive every 10 months, right on schedule. You’re only billed when they ship.
Immediate Backup Bulb
When you join, you’ll get an extra bulb shipped right away, so you always have a spare on hand.
Membership Terms
Grace Period – Join anytime within your first year of purchase at no cost.
After 1 Year – You can still join with a 50% initiation fee (based on your unit’s current retail price). This applies if:
Your unit fails after the initial warranty ends.
You want discounted bulbs after your first year.
You were previously in the Guardian Club but let coverage lapse.
Billing – No upfront fees. You’re only charged $25.47 every 10 months when bulbs are shipped. No hidden costs, no surprises.
Non-Guardian Club Terms
Unit Warranty: 1-year limited warranty on BioShieldUV devices without Guardian Club membership.
Bulb Warranty: No bulb warranty except 14-day dead on arrival replacement policy from delivery date.
Warranty Requirement: To keep your warranty valid and maintain effectiveness, you must use BioShieldUV® replacement UV-C bulbs only.
Bulb Sales: All bulb sales are final. Since there’s no way for us to verify if a bulb has been used, bulbs cannot be returned or replaced after 14 days.
Important Notes
UV Bulb Nature: UV bulbs are incandescent and use a wire filament to generate UV rays. There is no way to predict and guarantee the exact lifetime duration of any specific incandescent bulb.
Recommended Schedule: We recommend replacing the bulb every 10 months (even if the bulb is not burnt out, the UV ray will likely be low & ineffective).
Immediate Replacement: All customers should replace the UV bulb immediately upon receiving. (Recommended)
