How joining works

  1. Buy a BioShield unit or bulb. UVClub Membership is added to your cart at $0 automatically. You can uncheck it at checkout — but why would you?
  2. Already own a BioShield unit? Post-purchase join: free within 1 year of your original purchase. Outside 1 year:
    9.95 flat one-time fee.
  3. Benefits activate 6 months from your enrollment date. That means the lifetime warranty and 15% bulb discount kick in on that date — not immediately.
  4. Your first bulb ships 10 months after you join (first Friday of the target month, PST). You can pick an earlier date in your portal, as long as it's at least 6 months out.

6-month bulb replacement warranty on every UVClub bulb shipment (vs the 14-day DOA-only window without UVClub). Replacement only — UV bulbs are never refundable.

15% off replacement bulbs auto-shipped every 10 months. No coupon to remember; the discount is applied on the recurring charge.

A few honest limits

  • UV bulbs are replacement-only under any warranty tier. Never refundable.
  • 10-month ship interval is fixed. You can pause or reschedule, but you can't change the cadence.
  • Membership is non-transferable and tied to your unit's model. One membership per unit.
  • Cancel anytime with no fees. Lifetime warranty terminates immediately on cancellation. No refunds for unused membership time.
